Sweetness...

One of the best things about this shoot was that I got to give this precious 2 week old girl a cuddle (giving me a well-needed baby fix). We have the best job - play with little babies until they're so exhausted that they cry, and then send them home...bliss!

So the other day Roger and I thought it was about time we updated our own kids portraits.

You know how they say "Never work with animals or children"? Well they're wrong.
Never work with animals or YOUR OWN CHILDREN!!!!

This was one of the hardest sessions we have ever had to do. I'll never understand why other people's kids will do whatever we want, while our own just stand there with their tongues sticking out...at least the photos turned out great!

New Bub

Isn't this little guy adorable?! He belongs to one of those fantastic families who are willing to go to great lengths to have their portaits shot here at ENVY.

Four weeks old and under is the best time to have your newborn photographed to get that really "new" feel. They seem to change overnight from newborns to chubby babies!

Thanks for making the trip down for your photo session - it was lovely to see you again and meet the new addition.
